Here's a close-up of the crucifix and the
icons that separate the pentagonal apse from the nave. The
monastery is now a museum with an outstanding collection of the
Dubrovnik school which flourished in the 15th and 16th
centuries. Like the Franciscan monastery, it also has a large
collection on early printed books called incunables as well as
many illustrated manuscripts.
