Pietrina and John on the Tsar Alexander Bridge
On the way to the museums, Francimar shot this photo of two stray tourists on the Pont Alexander, named after the Russian Tsar, himself a visitor 100 years ago.

The Musee D'Orsay

This place was a railroad station:

Then John put 2 francs in the light box:

Here's Van Gogh's starry night with the Starlet of Sunnyvale:

These two showed up late for Renoir's party; at least they got down the blue-outfit thing:

Rodin Museum

the musee Rodin

Near the D'Orsay is the Rodin museum, one of several in town dedicated to the works (mostly) of a single artist. Here's one of his famous models:

Outside is this rarely seen statue. Obviously this is a copy of the real statue sitting in front of the Detroit Institute of the Arts. Notice the haloes have slipped a little bit from Sts. John and Francimar. That's what a week in Paris will do to you! 3 thinkers

Natural Science Museum

John and Francimar were the first of our guests (as far as we know) to visit the Natural History Museum on the left bank. Here's one of John's shot. Apparently he was shaking from fear of the giraffe in the upper right:

And we leave you with this picture of Francimar and John taken inside:
